SP HEADLIGHTS has a limited quantity of headlights/tail lamp/front lamp/DRL/bumpers in stock. We encourage you to purchase it if we have it in stock. We cannot guarantee the availability of any part later.
Shipping
All received parts must be inspected at time of delivery. Your signature indicates all parts received in good condition at time of delivery. You are highly encouraged to inspect the part at the time of delivery and compare it with the old part or opposite side to ensure the correct part was received. If the parts do not match your old ones, please let us know as soon as possible by email to support@spheadlights.com.
Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive the part from SP HEADLIGHTS.
If you’re not going to use it once delivered to you, we would appreciate it if you could return the part back to us as soon as possible.
There are no returns after 30 days from the date you received the part. Please only order if you need one of the parts we carry.
In order to be eligible for return it must also be in the same clean undamaged condition as when you received it.
Returns should be shipped back using a tracking capable shipping service and insured for the original purchased price. Return shipping cost is not refundable by SP HEADLIGHTS if you are returning the part based on reasons other than it is a fault or a mistake on our end.
All returns must be sent back to us at the following address below including the original invoice.

Refund
Once your return is received, inspected by us and all conditions above have been met, we will notify you and commence a refund to your original method of payment within 1 to 5 business days.
We will exchange a part if it is delivered to you defective or damaged and if we have a replacement part in stock at the time you notify us.
Warranty
Our auto lights come with 90 days warranty. The warranty does not cover the headlights bulbs if they are burned out. All parts are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase, not the date of installation. The warranty does not cover labor coverage or expense in removal or replacement of defective part. Defective parts will be replaced and or money refunded. The warranty does not cover the loss of time, Roadside assistance, lodging, fluids or any other related expenses.
